I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had top-quality amenities, making for an excellent night's sleep. The service was friendly and very helpful, with staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was superb, directly across from Osaka Station, making it easy to explore the city. The dining options were decent, offering a good variety of Japanese dishes. Overall, a great value for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

However, it would have been even better if they included free pajamas, like in some other Hilton properties I've visited. I had a really nice city view from my room, which had a Japanese style with traditional wooden sliding doors. The room was nice and big compared to many places in Japan, but there was a rather stale smell of cigarette smoke. The modern take on the room was enjoyable.
